The base price is the flat-pack kit at our Sunshine Coast warehouse. Transport is quoted based on your delivery address. Installation is optional via our partner builder or by your own contractor, and the kit includes everything needed for assembly.

05 / Installation

DIY assembly or partner builder.

Every kit includes step-by-step instructions, an instructional video, and all hardware required for assembly. Many customers manage the build themselves with a couple of trades. Where preferred, our partner builder can quote on a fully managed installation.

Build it yourself with the supplied instruction guide and video. Allow approximately six days with one or two helpers. You arrange any concrete, footings, or electrical hookup separately.

Single Portable Pods start from $21,500 AUD. Linked configurations (two pods side by side, 36m²) and stacked configurations (two-storey, 36m² total) start from $43,000. Customisation and partner-builder installation are quoted as separate add-ons.
The base $21,500 covers the complete 6×3m flat-pack kit: galvanised steel frame, insulated wall and roof panels, triple layered tempered glass, two sliding glass doors, three casement windows, LED lighting, five double power outlets, SPC flooring on fibre cement substrate, and all hardware required for assembly. Transport is quoted separately based on your delivery address.
Delivery cost depends on your address and state. Indicative ranges are $400 to $1,200 within QLD, $1,500 to $2,200 to Sydney metro, $2,200 to $3,000 to Melbourne metro, $2,800 to $3,500 to Adelaide, $4,500 to $6,000 to Perth, $3,500 to $4,500 to Tasmania (includes ferry), and $5,500 to $7,500 to Darwin. Final transport quotes are confirmed once your delivery address is known.
